Audacious Freedom, the major, new exhibit at the African American Museum in Philadelphia , explores the lives of people of African descent living in Philadelphia between 1776 and 1876.
Discover how African Americans in Philadelphia lived and worked while helping to shape the young nation in its formative stages.
Exhibit themes include entrepreneurship, environment, education, religion and family traditions of the African American population, played out through interactive displays, video projections and vivid photography.
The groundbreaking exhibit allows visitors to “walk the streets” of Historic Philadelphia using a large-scale map. Young children can join the action with Children´s Corner, which highlights the daily lives of children during that period.

Audacious Freedom is a fantastic co-working space. It’s home to dozens of inspiring companies and people. All areas are clean, spacious and impeccably designed. Location right next to the station couldn’t be any better. Highly recommend to anyone looking a new place to work!
We have visited Audacious Freedom only for a day but the atmosphere was fantastic. The spaces are very practical, so every ‘department’ has offices with glass walls and are connected to a main area where people can relax, discuss and grab a refreshment. The people are very friendly and open. I would really recommend this place! And a big plus, it is next to Rotterdam Central Station!
I love this place! A place where smart people gather together and where you can boost your network faster they anywhere else. Besides this, the location is just seconds away from the Central station of Rotterdam. I would recommend everybody to work from here!
